Please make sure you include the following information in your tickets to help us supporting you quicker:


  1. Link to your site
    If something doesn't work, please provide a link to the page where the problem occurs. Also please be as short and descriptive as possible.
  2. Include a WordPress login
    Checking your backend settings is always the first step we done to make sure everying is configured correctly.
  3. Prepare your installation
    Disable your other plugins and switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) before you create the ticket. Please test this before opening your ticket so we can know if there's a conflict that needs to be resolved.

  • Answering technical questions about item’s features
  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues
  • Help with included 3rd party assets

However, item support does not include:

  • Customization services
  • Installation services
