Checking your backend settings is always the first step we done to make sure everying is configured correctly. - Prepare your installation
Disable your other plugins and switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) before you create the ticket. Please test this before opening your ticket so we can know if there's a conflict that needs to be resolved.
Support Policy
All of our themes are followed the ThemeForest's support policy. You should take a look at it here.
Item support includes:
- Availability of the author to answer questions
- Answering technical questions about item’s features
- Assistance with reported bugs and issues
- Help with included 3rd party assets
However, item support does not include:
- Customization services
- Installation services
